I can only select one item from the drop down lists in the description section of the report. If I try to select another, it replaces the first one selected.
I was watching a tutorial that came with my software and it showed the ability to select multiple items just like in the note section.
What am I doing wrong? Mark Mustola

Mark,
When you choose the second description, click the plus sign to the left of the word to add it to the existing description.
NOTE: There will only be a plus sign after you choose the first description.
