I'm running PT version 5.19c on the Q1 with XP. I receive this message when opening Front Office "Your print settings are from a newer version than the installed program. Please update to the latest version." It then closes Front Office.  What can I do to fix this? Mr. Home N Spector

Download the newest version 5 update from http://www.palm-tech.com/support.asp?support/updates/520c.htm

If the problem persists, call us at 888-736-2462 and someone will help you get the issue resolved.
